he likes his eggs runny, so the love thursday version of toad in the hole is perfect. I like mine dried to a crisp, so it truly looked like a toad. eggs bring a certain comfort like no other shelled object could.
we had breakfast dinner that night. together with mashed spuds and sausages.
you gotta love thursdays.
